How To Make Potato Cutlet Recipe for Toddlers/Kids – Step by Step
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
4 Boiled Potatoes
6 tablespoon Bread Crumbs
Salt to taste
7 to 8 pcs of Ajwain (Carrom seeds )
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Chaat Masala
One pinch Chilli Powder
Oil (Deep Frying)
Step 1: Boil the Potatoes and Keep it Aside to Get Cool.
(Boiled the potatoes whole instead of cubed otherwise it became mushy)
Step 2: Take out the Potatoes Skin and Mash them well.
Step 3: Now Mash Potatoes and Add Salt, Ajwain, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala & Little Bit Chilli Powder and mix them well.
Step 4: Keep the Bread Crumbs ready on a small plate.
Step 5: Now take Small Portions of Mash Potatoes and make Different Shapes of Patties. Try to make shapes that your kids love and keep it aside.
Step 6: Dip Each Patty in Bread Crumbs from Both the Sides and Keep the Shapes Aside from a Plate.
Step 6: Heat the oil for deep frying and one by one dip the Patty inside the Oil for Deep Frying.
Step 7: Fry the Patties from Both Sides until till turns Golden in Colour and Crisp.
Step 8: Serve the Potatoes Cutlet with Sauce to Kids (Presentation real matters for Toddlers & Kids).
